8/31-9/4

We started off the week by going outside for snack. It was National Eat Outside Day! We were able to enjoy some nice warm weather Monday morning before we were stuck inside the rest of the day due to heat!

During our first indoor recess of the school year, almost half of the class played Headbands together. They even roped me into it! (or was it the other way around) 

They have continued to play it this week. It seems to be a hit!

Today, during science, we did a nature walk outside. We are looking for living things, non-living things, and things that used to be living. Try having them observe things at home or out in nature and tell you how they know they're living.
